AREA REFERENCING

TECHNOLOGY

 

London Quarter is a market-leader in its use of laser scanning (Reality Capture) for Measured surveys and area referencing services. A single scan captures millions of points, which can then be used to draw architectural quality drawings instead of relying on the inaccurate methods of the past. This approach provides benefits for all parties – London Quarter banks its laser scanner data, which we be returned to at any point in the future for numerous purposes, while our clients benefit from extremely accurate floor plans and 360-degree images, combines into one for many purposes. PROPERTY REFERENCING AND AREA CALCULATION

 

The leasing, acquisition, valuation, marketing or disposal of any building type usually requires an accurate area analysis for reliance purposes, whether for value, cost or legal reasons. Engaging a professional independent company such as London Quarter guarantees both reliable and unbiased data collection. A variety of different types of area calculations are available dependent on a client’s specific requirements and we can report on the following

RICS Property Measurement Professional Statement (incorporating the RICS Code of Measuring Practice) to include:
